Facebook tries to control its bug problem and leaking info of 6 million users

This afternoon, Facebook has made one of those announcements a company never really wants to have to make: they’ve had a rather unfortunate bug problem. The big problem here was, as Facebook notes, that their most recent method for recommending friends to new users also contained contact information of users – this including information added to Facebook by the users, mind you, nothing deeper than that.
This sort of thing doesn’t necessarily affect the everyday Facebook citizen, and it’s not as if you’ll be needing to change your address or credit card number any time soon (unless you store those sorts of things in your Facebook account, for whatever reason). Instead this breach was discovered by the Facebook security team and fixed the situation by disabling their “download-your-information” tool.
“We’ve concluded that approximately 6 million Facebook users had email addresses or telephone numbers shared. There were other email addresses or telephone numbers included in the downloads, but they were not connected to any Facebook users or even names of individuals. For almost all of the email addresses or telephone numbers impacted, each individual email address or telephone number was only included in a download once or twice. This means, in almost all cases, an email address or telephone number was only exposed to one person. Additionally, no other types of personal or financial information were included and only people on Facebook – not developers or advertisers – have access to the DYI tool.” – Facebook
So no developers and no advertising agencies were able to see this information, but basically any Facebook user could. Does that keep your worries at bay?
Note also that the DYI tool was turned back on no long after it’d been shut down for a short period. No worries, continue with the downloading!
“After review and confirmation of the bug by our security team, we immediately disabled the DYI tool to fix the problem and were able to turn the tool back on the next day once we were satisfied that the problem had been fixed.” -Facebook
Facebook’s message includes a note that suggests that they are “in the process of notifying affected users via email.” They’ve also been clear that the user that found the security breach made the report to their White Hat program which in turn paid out a “bug bounty” as a reward. Remember that kids – find the breaks in the internet and ye shall be handsomely rewarded!

Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge marry in a jaw-droppingly gorgeous ceremony

Here comes the bride! Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney married Eddie Judge on Saturday, June 15 in a jaw-droppingly gorgeous ceremony, and Us Weekly has all the exclusive “I do” details from the unforgettable day.
Describing the nuptials that took place at St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, Calif. to Us Weekly, the Bravo reality star used one word: “Breathtaking!”
“Words can't even describe the weekend,” she shares. “It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It went by so fast!”
As her eldest son, Ryan, 27, walked Barney down the aisle in an $8,900 hand-beaded Mark Zunino Haute Couture gown towards her misty-eyed groom, clad in an Armani tux, the moment she recalls as “surreal.”
“Oh gosh … [Eddie's] so handsome and then he was in that tux,” she says. “In the three and a half years I've known Eddie, I've never seen him cry. It was really wrenching to see him standing there with tears in his eyes. I thought, 'Oh my God, this guy really does love me!'”
Barney chose to wear her hair down for the affair; stylist Julius Michael of Julius Michael Salon created the gorgeous wedding day look, curling her hair into perfect beachy waves. At the altar — which was decorated with gold chandeliers, hanging white flowers and an upside down bicycle — Judge, a fitness instructor, pledged to always love and support Barney and her four children, Ryan, Sidney, 14, Spencer, 13, and Sophia, 7.
“Eddie promised to take care of them and Sophia started bawling,” she tells Us of her youngest daughter, who was a flower girl. “It was happy tears of course.” (All of Barney's kids had a role in the nuptials, with Sidney serving as a bridesmaid and Spencer as a groomsman).
The pair took their vows, exchanging stunning onyx and white gold wedding bands designed by Brian Hassine of Nuggets & Carats. Barney's ring (valued at over $35,000) was a perfect choice for the fashion-forward bride: Set with 368 diamonds and weighing over five carats total, the ring also had a personal detail — their initials, T and E, are engraved in the diamond basket. Judge's $5,000 ring, created in six parts, features two carats of black princess cut diamonds and 10 pieces of black onyx, with their first names also engraved inside the band.
The stunning ceremony was just the starting point for Barney, who wore three dresses on her big day. With the help of her wedding planner, Diann Valentine, Barney created a one-of-a-kind reception — complete with a photo booth and a one-of-a-kind wedding cake display, (the layered confection was suspended in midair!). The couple's guests, which included all of her Housewives castmates, drank cocktails by Cuca Fresca, noshed on pear salad, short ribs and black cob, and danced to a Mariachi band (a surprise that Judge, 40, coordinated for his new wife).
The newlyweds had their first dance to the Spanish version of Prince Royce's “Stand By Me” but that wasn't even the most memorable dance of the night. Barney, 45, later changed dresses and the two chad-cha-cha'd together, showcasing moves they learned from six weeks of lessons.
“Eddie is an amazing dancer,” Barney told Us. “He's Latin so he got this. It was all his idea to do a cha cha.”
Before the night was over, Barney also had a surprise for her new hubby — a Gummy Bear station featuring over 3,000 pounds of the sweet treat from GiantGummyBears.com.
“Eddie is a health and fitness freak but we always have gummy bears in the house for when he needs something sugary,” she explained. “So I thought it would be cute to have a gummy bear candy bar. He had no idea, I surprised him with it.”
After weeks and weeks of planning and hitting the gym for their big day (the C.U.T. fitness owners did five days a week of classes like Whine Barre and Body Pump to get wedding-ready), Judge told Us that he's just happy to have Barney as his lifelong mate.
“We've been a family in my mind for a couple of years now,” he gushed. “The most magical thing was watching the kids have so much fun at the wedding. It helped me feel like 'Hey, this is really happening. We're all one now.' It felt really good.”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reveal their Daughter Name

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly have decided a name for their baby daughter. TMZ, which cited the baby's birth certificate from Cedars-Sinai hospital, revealed that the couple's first child would be called North West. A source told PEOPLE similar info.
Kim was said leaving the hospital four days after giving birth to her baby girl. According to TMZ, she currently stays in a private location while waiting for her new mansion to be ready. The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star is said to move to the $11 million mansion she purchased with Kanye in Bel Air next month.
Kim's step brother Brody Jenner recently praised the 32-year-old TV personality, saying that she would be an incredible mother to her child. “She's a wonderful human being. I've watched her with Penelope and Mason, Kourtney Kardashian's kids, and she is the best. She is one of the most incredible mothers to them, so I can only imagine what she's going to be when she has one to call her own,” Brody told Digital Spy.
He continued gushing over his step-sister, “I commend her so much for doing what she's doing. She's airing everything of her life on the show – just put it all out there. She's pregnant, she's emotional, she's this and that, and then she's got to read all this stuff. It's a bummer that everybody has things to say about her, but she's going to be all good.”
Brody, however, admitted that he had not met Kim and her baby. “It's so new, so I'm going to give her some time and then as soon as she's ready, I'll come see her,” he said on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Thursday.

Vince Flynn , political thriller novels’ death at 47 after a battle with prostate cancer

Best-selling author Vince Flynn, who wrote the Mitch Rapp counterterrorism thriller series and sold more than 15 million books in the U.S. alone, died Wednesday in Minnesota after a more than two-year battle with prostate cancer, according to friends and his publisher. He was 47.
Flynn was supporting himself by bartending when he self-published his first novel, “Term Limits,” in 1997 after getting more than 60 rejection letters. After it became a local best-seller, Pocket Books, a Simon & Schuster imprint, signed him to a two-book deal — and “Term Limits” became a New York Times best-seller in paperback.
The St. Paul-based author also sold millions of books in the international market and averaged about a book a year, most of them focused on Rapp, a CIA counterterrorism operative. His 14th novel, “The Last Man,” was published last year.
He counted former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton among his fans, as well as foreign leaders and intelligence community figures.
“As good as Vince was on the page — and he gave millions of readers countless hours of pleasure — he was even more engaging in person,” said Carolyn Reidy, president and CEO of his publisher, Simon & Schuster. “Yes, we will miss the Mitch Rapp stories that are classic modern thrillers, but we will miss Vince even more.”
Flynn died at a hospital in St. Paul, surrounded by about 35 relatives and friends who prayed the Rosary, said longtime family friend Kathy Schneeman. She said his deep Catholic faith was an important part of his character.
“That's what he would have liked. He talks about his faith just as much as he would talk about politics and current events with our group of friends,” Schneeman said.
Flynn was born to an Irish Catholic family in St. Paul, the fifth of seven children. After graduating with an economics degree from the University of St. Thomas in 1988, he went to work as an account and sales marketing specialist with Kraft General Foods. That marketing background later came in handy as he promoted “Term Limits.”
Wanting a new challenge, he quit Kraft in 1990 when he landed an aviation candidate slot with the Marine Corps, but he was later disqualified due to seizures he suffered following a childhood car accident. Thwarted from becoming a military aviator, he got the idea of writing thrillers.
“If (Tom) Clancy could do it, why can't I?” Flynn said in a 2005 interview with The Associated Press.
He went to work for the Twin Cities based commercial real estate company United Properties and started working on a book idea in his spare time. Two years later, he quit so he could devote more time to writing and moved to Colorado. He began working on what became “Term Limits,” a story about assassins who targeted fat-cat congressmen.
A man of almost superhero powers, Mitch Rapp races the clock to foil terrorists' plans to detonate a nuclear warhead in Washington in “Memorial Day” (2004), battles terrorists who seize the White House and take hostages in “Transfer of Power” (1999) and is out for vengeance after a Saudi billionaire puts a bounty on his head in “Consent to Kill” (2005).
Flynn told the AP that with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and the end of the Cold War, he decided to write about terrorism.
“That's where the future's going. That's going to be the next big menace,” Flynn recalled telling himself.
“He was so ahead of his time with what he was writing about terrorism and threats. His mind worked in a different way that most of us,” said Frank Vascellaro, a WCCO-TV anchor who had been close friends with Flynn since just before “Term Limits” took off.
Vascellaro, who takes credit for having introduced Flynn to his wife, said the author's success was all the more remarkable given his struggles with dyslexia. “But at the same time it was a gift, because his brain did not think in the linear way 99 percent of the population sees things,” he said.
Flynn became friends with Bush during one of his visits to Minnesota, Vascellaro said. As they shook hands on the airport tarmac along with dignitaries including the governor, the president told Flynn he was a big fan. Then an aide invited Flynn to ride downtown with Bush in the presidential limousine.
Vascellaro also recalled how Flynn met Clinton. He said Flynn was in New York with his wife when they saw a crowd around him. He pushed his way through to introduce himself, but Clinton replied, “I know who you are” and said he had read all his books.
Flynn was diagnosed with stage three metastatic prostate cancer in November 2010. The fatigue from his radiation treatments eventually made it difficult to focus on writing for more than an hour or two, and in October 2011, he reluctantly postponed publication for several months of his 13th book, “Kill Shot,” which followed Rapp's adventures as he pursued those responsible for the bombing of a Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988.
But he never expressed any bitterness about dying at such a young age and kept his faith, Vascellaro said.
“It was remarkable how much courage he showed in the face of adversity,” he said. “I will remember that for the rest of my life.”
Schneeman said Flynn had been working on his next book as recently as Valentine's Day, when she and her husband vacationed with the Flynns in Mexico. And development for a Mitch Rapp movie based on 2010's “American Assassin” remains on track, said Grey Munford, a spokesman for CBS Films, which plans to build an action-thriller franchise around the character. Bruce Willis has signed on to play Rapp's mentor, Stan Hurley. Munford said an announcement about the movie is expected soon.

Effective steps to Stretch to Relieve Back Pain

Most back pain is the result of muscle strains or sprained ligaments and is resolved within about 6 weeks under a physician's care. Sometimes, however, back pain is the result of sitting or standing in one position too long, and some good stretches may alleviate the pain. If you have determined that your back pain isn't the result of an illness or injury, try a few of the following stretches
Instructions
Do Standing Stretches
1
Cross your arms in front of you with your elbows bent and your hands resting on your forearms. Stand straight, maintain good posture and keep your hips aligned with your upper body. Rotate your body in one direction, hold for 3 seconds and then rotate and hold in the other direction. During this stretch, keep your shoulders back, your folded arms straight out in front of you and avoid tilting your hips forward.
2
Place the palms of your hands on the small of your back. With your knees straight, bend backwards, stretching through the upper back and down the center of the spine.
3
Stand in good posture with one hand on your hip and the other outstretched to the side and bent up at the elbow. Bring the outstretched arm up and over your head, as if reaching for the ear on the opposite side of your head. You can feel the stretch as you lift your arm and lengthen the rib cage.
4
Hold onto a chair or desk to stabilize yourself and grab your ankle or the cuff of your pants. Pull your ankle, bending the knee, and try to touch your buttocks with your heel. This may take a little practice to balance and bring the heel all the way to the buttocks, but it's a good stretch for the thigh and lower back.
Do Floor Stretches
5
Start this exercise by lying down face down on the floor. Place your hands on the floor by your shoulders and then bring yourself up on your elbows. Hold this position for 10 seconds or more to stretch your lower back. Keep your lower body relaxed and your hips pressed to the floor during the stretch. Slowly lower your upper body back to the floor and repeat the stretch several times.
6
Lie on your back, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your stomach muscles and slowly press your lower back to the floor. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then slowly relax. Place a rolled towel under your lower back for comfort.
7
Remain on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Slowly move your knees from side to side, keeping your feet on the floor. As you move your knees, your hips will come off the floor, and your lower back will twist. Start out with small movements until you know how far you can comfortably twist from side to side.
8
Stretch your lower back and hamstring muscles by lying on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. This time pull your feet in closer to your buttocks. Grasp one knee, bringing it to the chest and keep the other foot flat on the floor. Then bring the other knee to the chest and hold them both there for 10 seconds. Relax and return one leg at a time to the beginning position.

Healthy Eating After 50 year old, should be eating

It's no secret that everyone should eat a diet comprised of healthy foods; however, as each person ages, eating nutritious foods plays a larger role in helping stave off illness, disease and even incontinence. Gloria Tsang, founding editor of HealthCastle.com based in Bellingham, Wash., suggests some food choices that should be a part of your daily diet. Given the variety, incorporating them into your meals couldn't be easier.

Go for the Grains
Whole grains are an essential component of every healthy diet, but Tsang says they can have added impact to reduce loose stools because they build up bulk. Insoluble fiber is responsible for forming bulk, and one of the best sources is bulgur, Tsang says. Use it when baking or as a substitute for rice. Barley and spelt also are good choices for increasing the insoluble fiber in your diet.

Cool Beans
Another superfood for those 50 and older is lentils. “Lentils are a very complete type of food,” Tsang says. They are high in fiber, protein and potassium, which counteracts sodium — good for those watching their blood pressure. Because they are so high in protein, Tsang says they make a good meat alternative for vegetarians and vegans.

The Skinny on Potatoes
Another food high in potassium, potatoes are a great addition to your meals — provided you leave the skins on them. “The nutrients are contained in the skin,” Tsang says. Therefore, when baking, roasting or even mashing potatoes, include the skin in your cooking. This is true of all potatoes, so any variety is a good choice.

Get a Little Fishy
Boasting high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, fish can have a big impact on your overall health. Those omega-3s are very important for brain development and help fight Alzheimer's disease, Tsang says. Plus, they help prevent high cholesterol, something many 50-year-olds have to watch. To get the most omega-3s in your diet, choose colorful fish like salmon.

It's Easy Being Green
Put a little green on your plate in the form of avocado. This fruit — yes, really — contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are the good fats. Healthy fats are important, Tsang says. While most people include avocado in salads or make guacamole, you also can use it as a dip or as a spread instead of butter.

Deep Purple Reigns
Thanks to their time in the sun, summer berries and fruits are very high in antioxidants. These antioxidants are great for keeping your immune system strong. For the highest levels of antioxidants, Tsang says to select dark purple fruits such as blueberries, plums and Concord grapes. Raspberries, strawberries, red grapes and other fruits also contain antioxidants, so fill your plate with a rainbow of fruit.

A Peeling Choice
Like potatoes, fruits like apples, peaches, pears and nectarines contain high levels of fiber in their skins. When including these fruits in your meals, leave the skins on. This goes for eating raw fruit and even for juicing. Many people ditch the peels when juicing, and, in doing so, ditch the key nutrients.

Keep Your Caffeine
If you start your day off with a cup of coffee or hot tea, continue the practice, Tsang says. “Caffeine is good for the heart,” she says, adding that these beverages also contain antioxidants. But don't carried away. More than 2 cups a day could do more harm than good. And, of course, always double-check with your doctor to verify that these drinks are OK specifically for your diet.

Have a Sweet Treat
Sometimes it seems like eating healthy means eliminating sweets, but Tsang says that's not so. “It's always OK to have sweets if you have it sparingly,” she says. For those managing diabetes, she recommends just a small amount of sweets with your regular meals, never as an extra snack. For specific recommendations, talk with your doctor.

Stay Hydrated
Water, as always, remains a crucial component in the healthy diet of a 50-year-old. It performs a number of services in your body, including flushing toxins out of your system and delivering nutrients to cells. Plain water is the best option, but water intake through other fluids — coffee, tea or juice — and even foods like tomatoes and watermelon also contribute to your daily water intake.
